Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist | Virtual Only
Hi, I’m a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Ontario, offering therapy in both English and Spanish. I provide virtual services across Ontario and, when available, in-person sessions in Toronto. I work with adults (19+) who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or navigating difficult life experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying stress, anxiety, trauma, or the weight of multiple responsibilities—whether related to family, work, or personal challenges. You may feel stuck, unsure of how to move forward, or simply in need of a space where you can slow down and feel understood. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and somatic (body-based) approaches. Together, we can work toward processing difficult experiences, building coping strategies, and helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor, a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a background in psychology. My training and experience allow me to tailor therapy to your unique needs—whether you are seeking short-term support or deeper, ongoing work. Outside of my professional work, I value creativity and reflection. I enjoy drawing and spending time with family, which helps me stay grounded and connected. I bring this same care and presence into the therapeutic space. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re considering therapy, you are warmly invited to connect. I would be honoured to support you in your process.
