Tracy Gostlow, MSW, RSW

Tracy has been in practice for over 13 years and provides individual, couples, and family counselling to individuals of all ages, from the very young to the very experienced. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, self-harm and suicide ideation, substance use, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, chronic pain, life transitional issues, disabilities and motor vehicle accidents. Tracy utilizes a variety of therapy modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree and is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
