My name is Renée Hughes-Suh and I am a bilingual (French/English) experienced Registered Social Worker (RSW) providing individual therapy sessions to adults and adolescents ages 14 and up. Having over 20 years of experience in mental health and crisis intervention with specialties including (but not limited to) various anxiety concerns, mood issues, stress management, interpersonal conflicts, emotional regulation, etc. I am here to offer you a caring, safe, and non-judgmental support on your journey. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ottawa University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Université du Québec en Outaouais. I strongly value continued learning to provide you with up-to-date wellness care. I have specialized education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as, certificates in Trauma training and Essentials of Psychoanalysis. My previous work entails diverse entities that includes hospitals and community organizations.
