I obtained my MA degree in clinical and health psychology from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary. I completed my psychology training in Israel, where I earned specialist status in clinical psychology (Israeli licensure) before arriving in Ontario. I have over 10 years of experience working in both outpatient and inpatient treatment centers. From 2016 to 2021, I worked at the Shalom Institute for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, where I was trained in and practiced DBT. I also worked at the Israeli Ministry of Health mental health center, Hadar, where I completed my residency and later served as a senior psychologist from 2008 to 2021. Over the years, I have worked with children, youth, parents, and adults. In my work, I strive to collaborate closely with clients, using a non‑judgmental, compassionate, LGBTQ+‑positive approach. My goal is to help clients identify and understand their needs and aspirations, and to work with them step by step toward meaningful change. I draw on evidence‑based tools, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, mindfulness approaches, and CBT techniques.
