I am a psychotherapist that provides a safe space to work through traumatic experiences. I acknowledge that anxiety and depression may be related to past trauma and offer the space to explore the connection, decrease the effect of trauma, and allow for improvement in coping and daily life experience. My scope of practice includes children, youth, individuals and couples. To work through trauma, I have completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Attachment and Trauma Therapy (ATTCH). If personal and intimacy issues arise for you, my training in Integrative Couples and Sex Certification ensures you have a safe space and expertise to navigate solutions. I have a unique background that allows me to provide workplace and career solutions as I hold designation as a Career Development Practitioner (CDP). My initial undergraduate study was in Child and Youth studies, providing insight to parenting challenges. Finding the right therapist is very important.
