Lori Broughton, RP., CDP Registered Psychotherapist, Career Development Practitioner

    Registered Psychotherapist
Lori Broughton completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, is designated as a Career Development Practitioner and holds a BASc focusing in Child Studies from the University of Guelph. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Lori prioritizes a safe space allowing for openness, inclusive conversations that demonstrates empathy warmth and acceptance. She has had the pleasure in private practice, of walking alongside clients living with trauma, shifting through life transitions and actuating change in their lives. Lori is experienced with several age groups including pre-teens, teens and adults. Each client is unique and as a result she draws from multiple modalities including Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Trauma Integration (ATTCH), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and considers concepts related to career exploration and trajectory. Please note that our associates work with many presenting issues, some of which are not listed in this biography. Please speak with our intake team at 416-363-4228 for more information.
