    Hello, I’m Elliott McLarnon a Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, ON offering virtual psychotherapy. In my practice, I help individuals navigate self-doubt, manage through difficult life transitions, and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the powerful transformations that can occur when people learn to trust their intuition more, and begin to leverage the insights that arise when they connect more deeply with their personal values. I’m passionate about therapy because I’ve witnessed the profound impact that self-awareness and mental health care can have. My journey into this field was influenced by my own experiences and by seeing loved ones struggle with issues like anxiety, depression, stress, and identity. These struggles have given me a deep understanding of what it feels like to face overwhelming obstacles and the importance of seeking support. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive—and I’m here to help guide that process. The care I provide is an integrated blend of Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
