I am a registered Clinical Psychologist (autonomous license in PEI), and my credentials include a master's in counseling psychology and a Doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology. In Ontario I practice under supervision of a licensed Clinical Psychologist. My clinical experience spans over 15 years both in public and private practice, in Canada and in Kenya. I work with the adult population, both individuals and couples, with a focus on assessments and psychotherapy. I engage in various integrative approaches including CBT, Solution Focused and Imago Modalities to support my client’s growth journey. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you in this process. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard and empowered in your psychotherapy journey. My journey with you begins right where you are, small steps building up to what you wish to achieve at your pace, one step at a time, however little, but walking with as you progress to meeting your personal goals.
