Dr. David Grant, C.Psych.

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed my clinical internship and postdoctoral training in the Anxiety Disorders Clinic and CBT (Depression) Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, Ontario. I have extensive experience providing assessment and treatment in private practice, as well as in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. At CBT Associates, I provide assessment and treatment services—primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)—to adults experiencing a range of concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and alcohol and substance use disorders, as well as related difficulties. I am a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the Canadian Psychological Association.
