I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, perfectionism, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. My approach is individualized and integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based approaches, Attachment-focused work, and Trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should be both practical and meaningful, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create lasting change. I also have experience supporting individuals with ADHD, OCD, emotion regulation difficulties, burnout, grief and loss, performance anxiety, and trauma-related concerns.
