David Moyes, MSW., RSW.

David is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in the province of Ontario. He is also licensed to practice in New York state. He received his Master of Social Work degree in 2007 from the Hunter School of Social Work in New York City. David was trained in psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) by Dr. Janet Klosko, lead therapist of the Schema and Cognitive Therapy Institute of Manhattan. He brings humour and a breadth of expertise and knowledge to the treatment of children, youth and adults who struggle with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and behavioral concerns. David understands that the process of counselling and psychotherapy rests in the foundation of a strong therapeutic connection based upon mutual respect and genuine compassion.
