Behnoosh is a compassionate, empathetic and reliable therapist who is passionate about her job and dedicated to her clients. She believes that everyone deserves to thrive in their life and has access to the marvelous power of their minds. She can help clients live every moment of their life lively and vividly and bloom their minds and hearts through the journey of self-discovering processes, such as: • Understanding their attachment styles and how they affect their beliefs, • Enjoying the journey of knowing their authentic self on a deeper level and loving it, and applying self-care to prove this love, • Improving their mental and physical health through the healing pathway guidance • Improving their relationships through Couples Therapy, Family Counselling, in the workplace and anywhere else using Intra-Personal and Inter-Personal communication skills improvement. Behnoosh has over a decade of experience working with a wide range of clients, including individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, childhood trauma, insomnia, overcoming procrastination, boosting self-esteem and self-confidence, and other mental health issues. She has also worked extensively with couples and families and is passionate about helping them resolve their conflicts successfully through understanding and empathy. Behnoosh practices a client-centred approach in which the therapy goals are set up together with the clients. Her treatment modalities include: trauma-informed interventions (such as internal family systems therapy, hypnosis and somatic-oriented interventions), psychodynamic and psychoanalytic dialogue, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and spiritual healing techniques (such as wholeness and holistic wellness, yoga-therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic embodiment practices).
