    Registered Social Worker
    Victoria is a Registered Social Worker who holds a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor as well as a Bachelors of Social Work and Women and Gender Studies also from the University of Windsor. Victoria specializes in providing support to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, concurrent disorders and stress. She is passionate about utilizing strength-based, anti-oppressive and trauma informed practices. She has extensive experience working in a clinical capacity with adolescents experiencing mental health concerns and their parents/families. Victoria also has extensive experience and is especially interested in working with individuals who identify as members of the LGBTQ2S+ community. Victoria utilizes primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based therapeutic framework while also integrating other evidenced informed interventions from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. Victoria aims to support all clients in achieving their best hopes for their mental wellness.
