Natalie Rose Allen completed her Master’s of Clinical and Counselling Psychology degree at the Adler Graduate Professional School, and is currently practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Natalie Rose has worked in various settings providing psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, and families.
Natalie’s training and experience includes working with psychological trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, substance abuse, disordered eating, body image and self-esteem issues, attachment and relationship difficulties, and major health conditions.
Natalie uses an integrative approach to psychotherapy for adults, incorporating cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Natalie is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Ontario Psychological Association, and the Canadian Psychological Association.
