Dr. Laura Cuttini received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from McGill University. Her research focus was on peer victimization in adolescents, particularly those suffering from depression and anxiety. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Allan Memorial Institute in the CBT Service and the Herzl Family Practice Centre in the Teen Health Unit, specializing in mood and anxiety disorders. She has also completed training with Kahnawake Shakotiia’takehnhas Community Services, the CBT Service at the Jewish General Hospital, and the McGill Mental Health Service.
Laura has experience conducting cognitive behavioural therapy with adolescents and adults, with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety, as well as trauma-related disorders and OCD. She has also received training in other approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
