Dr. Arielle Buch-Frohlich received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Université du Quebec à Montreal (UQAM). She completed clinical training at the Sex and Couple Therapy Service at the Allan Memorial Institute of Montreal. Arielle uses an integrative approach, tailoring therapy according to the client’s needs, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Young's Schema Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Dr. Buch-Frohlich specializes in individual and couple therapy for dating and romantic relationships, communication, social anxiety, assertiveness, sex therapy, infertility and family planning. She also works with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, and work burn-out.
Dr. Buch-Frohlich is fully bilingual and provides services in French and English at our Downtown Clinic.
